Turning
Léonce Manufacturing provides precision turning operations on our multiple CNC and manual horizontal lathes. We are also equipped to perform threading, grooving and boring on all material types.

Cutting
Léonce Manufacturing can provide all your cutting needs. Our heavy duty, fully-automatic bandsaw will precisely cut and consistently hold the tightest of tolerances.

Welding
Léonce Manufacturing can provide your custom fabrication needs. Our experienced welders can handle the most complex projects and will leave you satisfied.
Hardbanding (MAC PTA 300 hard metal), Millermatic 350P and Lincoln Idealarc 500 welders. Downhole tool repair: hardbanding, rotor/ACME/API threads, stator connections and cutback, mandrel and transmission repair. In-house grinding.
Inspection
Léonce Manufacturing has a Coordinate Measuring Machine, Optical Comparator and an assortment of various gauges and measurement instruments. Quality is in our DNA and our personnel are committed to deliver the highest quality products every time.
